The Beye Fun Fair relies on community volunteers, in-kind donations, and generous sponsors. ​

How can you help us reach our goal of raising $10,000?
Volunteer
Lend a hand and be part of the fun! Volunteering is a free, meaningful way for the entire Beye Community (5th graders, alumni, and adults!) to support the event and connect with other families. ​
It takes more than one hundred volunteers to make the Fun Fair run smoothly. If every family signs up for just one short shift, we’re fully covered and no one is overworked. Please take a moment to grab a spot using the button below!

Most shifts are only a couple of hours, but if you're looking to make a bigger impact contact us to take on a lead role, such as room manager (oversee set-up & execution of a specific activity room - spa, karaoke, chill-out, etc.), regional manager (monitor hallways, restock prizes, give volunteer breaks and fill-in where needed), etc.

Silent Auction & Raffle Prizes
Donating to our silent auction and raffles doesn't need to cost you a thing!
Consider donating something you already have, such as:

A pair of tickets from your membership/season tickets/subscription

A stay at your family vacation home (blackout dates, cleaning fees, or other restrictions can be noted)

Unique experiences ("Vet for a Day" or other professional shadow experiences for kids, behind-the-scenes tours, hosted parties, workshops, etc.)

Unused gift cards or presents

Toy & Prize Donations
Stock our prize bins and Adopt-a-Pet Shop by cleaning out your toy bins!

We are collecting:

Small toys and fidgets in good working condition

Clean, gently used stuffed animals of all sizes

Drop off by Friday, January 16 in the labeled bin in the school lobby.
